Abstract: 본 발명은 프레임방식의 도어에 가변폭 도어프레임 몰딩을 적용할 수 있는 자동차용 도어의 실링장치에 관한 것이다.
최근에 도어프레임에 설치되는 몰딩폭을 차체 후방으로 갈수록 넓게 하여 차량의 고급스러움을 더해주는 가변폭 프레임 몰딩을 적용하고 있는 추세이다.
그런데, 종래의 프레임 방식 도어에서는 웨더스트립이 도어프레임의 상단에 고정되며, 압출공법에 의해 제작되어 균일한 단면형상을 가짐에 따라, 도어프레임의 몰딩폭을 가변시킬 수가 없었다.
본 발명은 웨더스트립의 하단부를 지지레일로 지지하고 도어프레임 몰딩폭이 증가한 양만큼 지지레일과 도어프레임 사이에 결합된 브라켓의 높이를 증가시킴으로써 도어프레임 몰딩폭을 후방향으로 넓게하는 가변폭 도어프레임 몰딩을 프레임 방식 도어에서도 적용할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sealing device for a vehicle door is provided to apply a door frame mold with a variable width to a frame-type door since as the mold width of a door frame becomes wider toward the rear part of the door frame, the width between a support rail and a door frame becomes wider. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device for a vehicle door comprises a door frame(11), a weather strip(12), a support rail(16), and a door frame mold(10). The weather strip is separated from the door frame and is arranged on the upper part of the door frame. The support rail supports the lower part of the weather strip. The door frame mold is mounted on the upper outer surface of the door frame, and the upper end is coupled between the weather strip and the support rail. A bracket, which has an increasing width toward the rear part, is installed between the support rail and the door frame. The bracket is formed to hold a door frame mold with a variable width. The bracket is installed throughout the upper end of the door frame.
