Abstract: PURPOSE: A lumber support actuator of a seat for a car is provided to reduce noise due to the friction between components by integrating parts. CONSTITUTION: A lumber support actuator of a seat for a car comprises a shaft lever(100), a clutch wedge(200), a retainer(300), a clutch drum(400) and a brake assembly. The shaft lever is formed into one body by being unified in the outer circumference of a shaft rotated according to an operation in a peripheral direction. The clutch wedge is inserted in the shaft and is settled in one side of a flange part. The retainer is inserted in order to be contacted with the outer circumference of the clutch wedge and revolves according to the rotation of the clutch wedge. The clutch drum comprises a brake movable unit which projects with regular interval in the outer circumference to the columnar direction. The brake assembly has a pulley wedge, a brake wedge and a brake.

Abstract: 본 발명은 차량용 시트의 리클라이너에 관한 것이며, 상세하게는 시트 리클라이너의 스톱퍼 구조에 관한 것으로서, 원가를 절감하고, 생산성을 증대하며, 경량화할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
본 발명은 쿠션 사이드 멤버(12)의 후방에 베이스 브라켓(13)을 설치하여 상기 베이스 브라켓(13)의 상부에 시트 백 프레임(14´)의 하부를 크로스 바(15)로서 회전할 수 있게 지지하고, 상기 시트 백 프레임(14´)과 크로스 바(15)의 끝에 스프링 지지 브라켓(16)과 스프링 지지홈(17)을 각각 형성하여 태엽 스프링(18)의 양단을 지지하며, 상기 크로스 바(15)에 리클라이닝 레버(25)와 로크 기구를 설치한 것에 있어서, 상기 베이스 브라켓(13)의 상부 주위에 베이스 브라켓(13)의 외측으로 돌출되는 돌기(30)를 형성함과 아울러 상기 스프링 지지 브라켓(16)의 돌기(30)의 양측 부분을 일정각 만큼 절취하여 걸림턱(31a)(31b)을 양측에 형성하고, 상기 스프링 지지 브라켓(16)을 걸림돌기(32)로 이용하여 걸림돌기(32)가 걸림턱(31a)(31b)에 걸림될 때 스톱퍼 기능을 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
