The spring-fixed top plate is fixed on the top of the compression coil spring. The spring-fixed bottom plate is fixed on the bottom of the compression coil spring. The spring compression locking device is installed at the center of the spring-fixed bottom plate. The spring compression locking device fixes the compression releasing pin on the compression locking device to control the compression of the compression coil spring.
