Abstract: PURPOSE: A landing gear system for an unmanned aircraft is provided to reduce the load of a retract servo by lightening the folded part of a steering servo installed outside. CONSTITUTION: A landing gear system for an unmanned aircraft comprises an inner strut (4), a main strut (3), and a steering horn (2). A first retract link (5) is elastically installed in the main strut using a down-lock link spring (14) and is connected to a second retract link (6) to be rotatable. A down-lock hook (8) is inserted in the slots formed in the first and second retracts links. One end of a down-lock hook spring (10) is fixed to the down-lock hook, and the other end is fixed to the first and second retracts links to have the degree of freedom in a lifting direction. The down-lock hook spring fixes the down-lock hook downwards.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for an airplane wing profile mold comprises the following steps: laser-cutting a wing-shaped rib(2) and a structure reinforcement material(4) to fit to the wing shape of an aircraft; fixing the rib and reinforcement material to a profile by tack-welding; inserting processed styrofoam between the ribs; laminating and molding a mold skin into an FRP in order to form a wing surface; and surface-processing the outside of the hardened mold skin.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A camera folding system for an unmanned aerial vehicle is provided to increase stability and to reduce power consumption by blocking the load of a servo motor. CONSTITUTION: A camera folding system for an unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a fixed bracket(1), a tilting bracket(3), a timing pulley(7), a link(5), and a second link(8). The fixed bracket is fixed on a vehicle body. The tilting bracket rotates on left and right rotary shafts of the fixed bracket. The timing pulley rotates on a rotary shaft of the tilting bracket. The link is fixed on the timing pulley to be rotated. One end of the second link is fixed on the fixed bracket, and the other end thereof is connected to the link so that the tilting bracket can be folded at 90 degrees. A servo motor(9) is fixed on the tilting bracket, and the tilting bracket is connected to the timing pulley. Accordingly, a timing belt(6) is mounted on the timing pulley to transfer rotation force.
