Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cellulase protein isolated from Bacillus sp. DK42 is provided to maintain activity at low temperature and to save energy for producing bio energy from lignocellulosic biomass. CONSTITUTION: A cellulase protein has an amino acid of sequence number 2 and is derived from Bacilus sp. DK42. The protein has 45-60% maximum enzyme activity at 4-15 degree Celsius. A gene encoding the cellulase protein has a base sequence of sequence number 1. A recombinant vector contains a gene encoding the cellulaase protein. A transformed E.coli is prepared by transforming E.coli with the recombinant vector.

본 발명은 셀룰라아제 및 자일라나아제를 분비하는 바실러스 리케니포르미스 균주, 상기 균주로부터 생산되고, 저온에서 활성을 나타내며, 최적온도가 40~50℃이며, 최적 pH가 5.5~6.5인 셀룰라아제, 상기 셀룰라아제를 함유하는 셀룰로스 분해 증진용 사료첨가제 및 상기 균주를 함유하는 셀룰로스 및 자일란 분해 증진용 사료첨가제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 셀룰라아제와 자일라나아제를 함께 분비하는 B. licheniformis DK42는 사료의 난소화성 탄수화물의 이용 효율을 높이는데 유용할 것으로 판단되며, B. licheniformis DK42가 분비하는 셀룰라아제는 저온에서도 활성이 높기 때문에 축산분뇨 처리를 비롯하여 온도가 낮은 조건에서의 바이오매스 분해에도 적용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 셀룰라아제, 자일라나아제, 바실러스 리케니포르미스, 사료첨가제, 저온 활성

PURPOSE: A Bacillus licheniformis strain secreting cellulase and xylanase is provided to enhance use efficiency of indigestible carbon dioxide and to decompose biomass at low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus licheniformis DK42(deposit number: KACC 91410P) secretes cellulase and xylanase. The cellulase has activity at low temperature. The cellulase has 50% of maximum activity at 10°C. The optimal temperature and pH concentration of cellulase are 40-50°C and 5.5-6.5, respectively. The optimal temperature and pH concentration of xylanase is 50-60°C and 5.5-6.5, respectively. A feed additive for enhancing decomposition of cellulose and xylan contains Bacillus licheniformis DK42 (deposit number: KACC 91410P).
