Abstract: 본발명의일 실시예에따른전력수신장치는, 공진(resonance) 현상을이용하여전력송신장치로부터전력을전달받아교류전류를생성하는공진회로, 상기교류전류를정류하여상기전력수신장치와연결된부하에출력하는정류회로및 상기부하에상기정류된전류가공급될때 상기부하의임피던스의크기를산출하고, 상기산출된부하의임피던스의크기가기 설정된범위를벗어나면상기공진회로의공진주파수를변화시키는주파수제어회로를포함할수 있다.

Abstract: A gate driving circuit according to the present invention includes a control voltage generating unit which is connected to a ground voltage, receives a clock signal and a charging voltage formed at a first node, and forms a control voltage corresponding to the clock signal to provide the control voltage for a second node; a control unit which is connected to the first and second nodes, receives the charging voltage and the control voltage, and provides the charged voltage for a third node in response to the control voltage; a charge and discharge unit which is connected to a power voltage and performs charge and discharge operations corresponding to the clock signal and the control unit, and forms the charging voltage and a gating voltage according to the charge and discharge operations to provide the charging voltage for the first node and provide the gating voltage to a fourth node; and a switching unit which receives a supply voltage and the gating voltage and provides the supply voltage for the third node corresponding to the gating voltage.
