Abstract: PURPOSE: A citrus-derived bacteria cellulose gel for wound healing and a dressing containing the same are provided to reduce initial inflammation reaction, to promote contraction through accumulation of extracellular matrix, and to enhance wound healing effects. CONSTITUTION: A cellulose gel for wound healing is prepared by extracting citrus using Gluconacetobacter. A dressing for wound healing contains the cellulose gel as an active ingredient. The dressing is a hydrocolloid or wet foam type. The dressing reduces initial inflammation reaction, promotes contraction through accumulation of extracellular matrix, and has wound healing effects. Abstract: PURPOSE: A sheet type mask in which a cosmetic composition containing deep seawater is impregnated is provided to enhance moisturization and to prevent xerosis and acne, and atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains: 37.5 parts by weight of deep seawater containing 12,000mg/L of magnesium and calcium; 0.1-0.9 parts by weight of dead sea salts containing 36 wt% of magnesium chloride; 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of allantoin; and 0.4-0.6 parts by weight of an arnica extract. Abstract: PURPOSE: An artificial skin substitute for wound healing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which can obtain biomaterial excellent in wound-healing effect. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an artificial skin substitute for wound healing comprises the steps of: mixing alginic acid 1% solution melted in distilled water and collagen 0.3% solution melted in acetic acid at a ration of 1:1; freezing the mixture; removing moisture by freeze-drying the mixture for one day; freezing the mixture at below zero 20 deg.C; and freeze-drying the mixture for three days.
