Abstract: 본 발명은 홍화자(Carthami Semen), 숙지황(Rehmanninae Rhizoma Preparat) 및 사인(Amomi fructus)의 혼합생약 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 골다공증질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 혼합생약 추출물은 조골세포주인 MG-63세포의 생존율을 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 골다공증유발 원인인 감소된 골(질)량, 에스트라디올(estradiol) 및 오스테오칼신(osteocalcin)을 증가시켜주는 효과를 나타내므로, 골다공증질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물 및 건강기능식품에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating osteoporosis, which contains mixed herbal extract of Carthami Semen, Rehmanninae Rhizoma Preparat, and Amomi fructus is provided to increase the viability of MG-63 cell which is osteoblast cell line, MG-63 cell and increase estradiol and osteocalcin. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating osteoporosis comprises mixed herbal extract of Carthami Semen, Rehmanninae Rhizoma Preparat and Amomi fructus as an active ingredient. The mixed herbal extract is isolated using water, low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms or their mixture solvent. The mixed herbal extract of Carthami Semen, Rehmanninae Rhizoma Preparat and Amomi fructus is contained in the weight ratio of 1-10:1-5:1-5.
