Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer which includes Aruncus dioicus var. kamtschaticus extract, aruncin B represented by chemical formula 1, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient, to an apoptosis inducing agent of cancer cells, and to health supplements for preventing or improving cancer. The Aruncus dioicus var. kamtschaticus extract, aruncin B represented by chemical formula 1, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has effects of preventing, improving or treating various kinds of cancers such as acute leukemia, breast cancer, and colorectal cancer. Abstract: Provided are a transformed microorganism capable of expressing the surface antigen protein of Helicobacter pylori and an antigen protein extracted and purified from the microorganism so as to be usefully used for preventing and treating the Helicobacter pylori infection.
