Abstract: 본 발명은 프로폴리스 추출물 또는 이로부터 분리된 크리신 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 본 발명의 프로폴리스 추출물 또는 이로부터 분리된 크리신 화합물은 정신흥분제(psychomotor stimulants)의 강화작용(reinforcing effect)을 연구하기에 매우 적합한 행동적 실험기법인 자가투여(self-administration) 실험에서 코카인 자가 섭취량을 농도 의존적으로 감소시키고 이는 음식섭취(food test)를 통한 음식보상효과(food reinforcing effect)에는 영향이 없음을 확인함으로써, 상기 조성물은 코카인 중독 및 금단증상의 예방 및 치료를 위한 약학조성물 및 건강기능식품으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating alcohol intoxication and withdrawal symptoms, which contains an extract of propolis or chrysin isolated therefrom as an active ingredient. Specifically, the extract of propolis or chrysin isolated therefrom of the present invention dose dependently decreases a self intake amount of alcohol in a self-administration experiment, which is a behavioral experiment technique suitable for researching behavioral measurement related to drug-taking and drug-seeking. By ascertaining the fact that the above characteristic has no influence on a sucrose reinforcing effect when experimenting sucrose self-taking through a 20% sucrose solution intake to check whether or not the above characteristic influences a natural reinforcing effect, the composition can be used as a pharmaceutical composition and a health supplement for preventing and treating alcohol intoxication and withdrawal symptoms.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种用于预防和治疗酒精中毒和戒断症状的组合物，其含有作为活性成分从其中分离出的蜂胶或木质素提取物。 具体地说，本发明的蜂胶提取物或与其分离的chrysin剂量依赖性地降低自身实验中的自身摄取量，这是适用于研究与吸毒和寻求药物相关的行为测量的行为实验技术 。 通过确定当通过20％蔗糖溶液摄入实验蔗糖自体摄取时，上述特征对蔗糖增强效果没有影响，以检查上述特征是否影响天然增强效果，该组合物可以用作 药物组合物和预防和治疗酒精中毒和戒断症状的健康补充剂。
