Abstract: 본 발명은 연근의 추출액을 함유하는 음료에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 연근 추출액에 다양한 성분을 적절히 배합하여 항산화 효과와 고지혈증 억제 효과를 갖도록 한 연근 음료에 관한 것이다.

또한, 이때 위 연근 추출액은 연근에 10배 중량의 물을 넣고 95～98℃에서 4～10시간 추출하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 한다.
