A main step for a two-wheeled vehicle comprises a fixed bracket(20) fixed to two lower sides of a frame(10), and a rotary bracket(30) coupling the top to the fixed bracket, wherein the fixed bracket is formed by welding the top and bottom of an opening of a C-shaped bracket body to two lower sides of the frame, forming a fastening hole in the center of a vertical plane of the C-shaped bracket body and welding a nut to the inside of the fastening hole, and forming plural support holes concentrically around the fastening hole, and the rotary bracket is formed by forming a bolt support hole in the top of a vertical plate, forming a projection(33) in the eccentric position of the bolt support hole, fixing one side of a step bar(35) to the opposite side of the bolt support hole of the vertical plate to be projected outward in the width direction with a bolt, inserting the projection to the support holes and coupling to the bolt support hole and the fastening hole to be separable with a bolt.
