Abstract: 본 발명은 선박의 카고라인 유압테스트용 지그에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 중앙에 벨로우즈관(11)이 위치되고 정면에 다수의 연결공(12')이 방사상으로 형성된 연결플랜지(12)가 양측에 일체로 형성된 연결부재(10)와;
상기 연결플랜지(12)의 외측에 밀착 설치되는 플랜지(50)와;
정면상 삼각형의 형태로 상측에 지지공(21)이 형성됨과 동시에 하측에 연결플랜지(12)의 연결공(12')과 일치되는 다수의 고정공(22)이 형성된 홀더(20)와;
상기 홀더(20)의 고정공(22)을 통해 밀착된 플랜지(50)에 양단이 관통 인출된 상태로 너트로 동시에 체결되는 스터드볼트(40) 및 양단에 나선이 형성되며 양측 홀더(20)의 지지공(21)에 양단이 각각 관통 인출된 상태로 너트로 체결되는 타이로드(30)가 포함되어 구성된 구조이다.
본 발명은 선박의 카고라인 유압테스트를 목적으로 변형방지를 위해 별도로 제작된 더미파이프 적용 후 본래의 벨로우즈로 교체 설치하지 아니하고 이를 초기 설치단계에 적용하여 유압테스트를 수행하는 과정에서 발생될 수 있는 벨로우즈의 변형을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 장점은 물론 그에 따르는 관련 비용을 절감할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.

Abstract: A jig for a hydraulic pressure test at a cargo line of a ship is provided to prevent deformation of a bellows which can be generated in the process of performing the hydraulic pressure test. A jig for a hydraulic pressure test at a cargo line of a ship comprises a connecting member(10), a pipe line flange or a blind flange, a holder(20), a stud bolt(40), and a tie rod(30). A bellows pipe is located at a central portion of the connecting member. Connecting flanges are integrally formed on both sides of the connecting member. The pipeline flange or the blind flange is adhered to the outer side of the connecting flange. The holder is attached to the outer circumference of the pipeline flange or the blind flange to prevent deformation of the bellows pipe of the connecting member. The stud bolt is engaged with the pipeline flange or the blind flange through a fixing hole of the holder. The tie rod is engaged with the holder by a nut, with both ends of the tie rod passing through a support hole of the holder.
