An ocean thermal energy conversion system is disclosed. The ocean thermal energy conversion system using sunlight of the present invention includes a sunlight storage unit forming an overheated fluid by pressing the fluid and heating the same with the sunlight and a generation unit. The generation unit receives seawater, which is discharged from a condenser of the other generation system such as thermal power generation and nuclear power generation, as supply water and evaporates the same. The generation unit generates electricity with vapor generated due to heat exchange with the overheated fluid and generates fresh water by exchanging the heat of the discharged vapor with the heat of deep water. [Reference numerals] (AA) Deep water

PURPOSE: A ship having a plant growing module is provided to accelerate the growth of plants, to promote the health of crews, and to continuously grow and feed fresh vegetables. CONSTITUTION: A ship having a plant growing module includes a desalinization unit (100), a growing unit (200), and a gas replacing unit (300). The desalinization unit at a hull (400) converts seawater from the sea chest of the hull into clear water. The growing unit at the hull has a growing space in which vegetables are grown with the clear water from the desalinization unit. The gas replacing unit connects the growing unit with the accommodation area of the hull. The gas replacing unit feeds oxygen from the growing unit to the accommodation area, and feeds carbon dioxide from the accommodation area to the growing unit.
