    Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat-insulation composite sheet for a structure of a ship which is applied to pipes and walls installed on the ship for the purposes of heat insulation, heat reserving, sound insulation and damp proofing. The heat-insulation composite sheet comprises insulation and coating layers bonded together by an adhesive layer, wherein the insulation layer is composed of an aerogel sheet and the coating layer is composed of fiber glass reinforced plastic having an ultraviolet ray blocking screen formed thereon. The aerogel sheet as the insulation layer, is composed of a flexible or a thermosetting sheet and selectively applied to a structure of a ship. The ultraviolet ray blocking screen formed on a surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic of the coating layer is selected from either an ultraviolet ray blocking paint or an ultraviolet ray blocking film. The heat-insulation composite sheet for a structure of a ship according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided to make the structure formed by using an adhesive layer to bond a coating layer coated with an ultraviolet ray blocking agent and an insulation layer composed of an aerogel material; to significantly improve heat transfer coefficient of the insulation layer of the aerogel material, thereby enhancing heat reserving and insulation efficiency and having the reduced thickness compared with a conventional material of mineral wool or of cellular glass; and to have the structure integrated with the coating and heat-insulation layers which remove two conventional processes requiring heat-insulation and coating works, thereby securing work convenience by completing the heat-insulation work through a single process.
