Abstract: 본 발명은 석창포, 원지, 백복신, 산사육 및 파극천의 복합생약제제의 종래비율인 석창포 2 : 원지 2 : 백복신 2 : 산사육 2 : 파극천 2에서 석창포 4 : 원지 4 또는 2 : 백복신 2 또는 4 : 산사육 2 : 파극천 2로 할 때 종래비율의 조성물보다 β-amyloid 단백질 생산억제율이 85.5% 이상 증가되는 복합생약제제 조성물부터 추출하여 수득하는 생약 조성물을 함유하는 약제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하여, 사용자의 거부감이 없고 다른 부작용이 없는 우수한 천연 복합생약 유래의 기억력감퇴억제 및 치매치료용 복합생약제제를 제공하는 것이 가능하게 된다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an anti-depression composition containing an extract obtained from kamisochimtang which is a mixture of 4.0 parts by weight of Cyperus rotundus, 2.0 parts by weight of lindera roots, 0.5 parts by weight of elecampane, 0.5 parts by weight of Glycyrrhizae radix, 2.0 parts by weight of platycodon, and 2.0 parts by weight of Poncirus trifoliate.
