본 발명은 넙치 양식을 위한 배합사료조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 넙치 양식에 사용되는 사료 내 어분 함량을 낮추기 위하여 동물성 및 식물성 단백질 원료들의 혼합을 통해 제조되는 저어분 배합사료조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 넙치 양식을 위한 배합사료조성물은 정어리 어분 15 내지 30 중량%, 멸치 어분 15 내지 30 중량%, 대두박 9 내지 15 중량%, 밀가루 10 내지 15 중량%, 밀글루텐 2 내지 7 중량%, 대두농축단백 3 내지 9 중량%, 수지박 3 내지 12 중량%, 가금부산물 2 내지 6 중량%, 어유 2 내지 6 중량%, 일인산석회 0.3 내지 1.2 중량%, 미네랄 혼합물 0.6 내지 1.2 중량%, 비타민 혼합물 0.6 내지 1.2 중량%, 비타민C 0.1 내지 0.5 중량%, 비타민E 0.1 내지 0.5 중량%, 콜린 0.1 내지 0.7 중량%, 레시틴 0.3 내지 0.7 중량%, 타우린 0.2 내지 0.8 중량%, 베타인 0.4 내지 1.2 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
The present invention provides mixed feed for cultivating sea cucumbers and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the manufacturing method, the ratio of seaweed powder to Sargassum thunbergii powder is clearly defined; and thus, the mixed feed can accelerate the growth of cucumbers in a short period of time. Sea mustard and kelp powder grown in Korea, materials that can replace main ingredients of Chinese feed, which is commonly used for sea cucumber cultivation, are added to the seaweed powder. The Sargassum thunbergii powder is collected in Korea and is manufactured by an improved powder manufacturing process. Therefore, the mixed feed for cultivating sea cucumbers can replace imported feed; has high quality; ultimately increases income of the people who cultivate sea cucumbers; enhances competitiveness of sea cucumber cultivation; and can contribute to the development of the cultivation industry into a future-oriented and eco-friendly one.

The present invention relates to an EP feedstuff composition for halibuts which can be a substitute for a moisture pellet (MP) feedstuff. A protein base material of the feedstuff composition is adjusted so that the feedstuff composition can have a low feed coefficient while retaining nutrients a moisture pellet (MP) feedstuff has. The feedstuff composition is manufactured by mixing 66 weight% of brown fish powder, 5 weight% of hydrolyzed fish protein, 1 weight% of krill powder, 1 weight% of squid powder, 2 weight% of a fermented soybean meal, 1 weight% of concentrated soybean protein, 2 weight% of wheat gluten, 16 weight% of wheat flour, 3 weight% of fish oil, and 3 weight% of inorganic materials and additives. When compared to the moisture pellet (MP) feedstuff, the EP feedstuff composition has similar breeding results of growing and fattening halibuts and has similar feedstuff efficiency. Meanwhile, the EP feedstuff has an outstandingly low feed coefficient and thus can contribute to development of an aquaculture industry.

Abstract:
According to the present invention, about 20% of flour is generally included in a combined fodder for halibut to mold and float the combined fodder. However, halibut are creophagous and can rarely digest flour, and the flour can be the cause for diseases or inhibit growth. Also, other components should be reduced by the amount of flour content, and the flour can be inhibitive when high quality combined fodder is produced. To solve the problems in the halibut high quality combined fodder, about 10% of manioc flour having excellent digestion coefficient, instead of flour, is used such that the molding and floating of the fodder can effectively be performed. Fish powder which can reflectively increase the content of protein or an additive which can improve immunity can be added as a fodder raw ingredient, such that a high protein EP fodder can be composed. When the high quality combined fodder for growing halibut is developed, an environmentally friendly production system is constituted. Accordingly, the combined fodder replaces a raw fodder, such that the cultivation period is reduced and the fodder coefficient is improved. Consequently, the combined fodder can industrially be used because an increase in productivity of cultured fish and fisheries contributes to an increase in income.

The present invention relates to a novel microorganism Bacillus coagulans KM-1 and a manufacturing method of fermented soybean meal and fish feed using the same, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of fish feed having more improved digestion rate than conventional soybean meal by high-temperature fermenting soybeans using the novel microorganism Bcillus coagulans KM-1 having alpha-galactosidase enzyme activity and excellent non-digestible carbohydrates degradation activity.

PURPOSE: A sea cucumber feed composition is provided to improve the survival rate of sea cucumber, growth and luring collection effect by using environment-friendly natural materials. CONSTITUTION: Kelp 20.0-30.0 wt%, gultweed 20.0-30.0 wt%, Desmarestia ligulata 20.0-30.0 wt% and Pachymeniopsis elliptica are dried and pulverized separately. The pulverized raw materials are mixed. The fodder adhesive 10.1-20.0 wt% is added to the mixture. The mixture is mixed with distilled water. The mixture is dried to solidify. The fodder adhesive is any one selected from the group consisting of carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium alginate, and sea mustard powder and guar gum. The attractant is additionally added in the feed composition. The attractant is glutamic acid 1.0 wt% and leucine 1.0 wt%. The mixture is died to the water content of 15% or less.
