Abstract: PURPOSE: A feed additive using prunus mume, and cultured fish feed using thereof are provided to improve the immunity of fish about fish disease bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A feed additive using prunus mume is obtained by the following steps: mixing 600g of prunus mume and 600g of glycyrrhizae radix, and high pressure heating the mixture with 1,500ml of water for 3hours; diluting the obtained extract with 9L of water to obtain a prunus mume extract; adding 1% of prunus mume extract with powder feed for cultured fish; and feeding the obtained fish feed for 2weeks.
