Abstract: PURPOSE: A construction of a removable fishing gear which permits discarding of only a net from a fishing gear whose useful life has expired and then addition of a new net to a buoy line, a sinker line, a buoy, a sinker or the like to use is provided which reduces fishing gear costs and marine and land pollution. CONSTITUTION: The construction of a fishing gear comprises a tippet(6) each attached to the outer end of a net(4); a clamp member(8) detachably attached to each tippet positioned at the upper and lower part of the net; a buoy line(11) attached to the clamp member positioned at the upper part of the net; a sinker line(10) attached to the clamp member positioned at the lower part of the net; a buoy(12) constructed at the same interval along a longitudinal direction on the buoy line positioned at the upper part of the net; and a sinker(14) constructed at the same interval along a longitudinal direction on the sinker line positioned at the lower part of the net.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for raising fishes, which is composed of netting frames for holding the fishes therein and a variable buoyancy maintaining device, which can be risen to the surface of water or settled down to the bottom to protect the fishes from natural disasters and managed stably anywhere. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a plurality of ladder shaped netting frames(12) of which corners are assembled with contact plates(34) and U-shaped tightening bolts and nuts to form each side of netting body, a plurality of variable buoyancy maintaining devices placed at the lower part of frames that are variable according to injection amount of air, and an air injection device for inflating the buoyancy maintaining device with compressed air or exhausting the device. The buoyancy maintaining device is composed of a reserve float maintaining fixed buoyancy continuously and a sinking and floating float having different buoyancy according to injection amount of air which are arranged on the frame symmetrically with each other on the center of the netting body and fastened with a band and the floats includes one or more of a band support stopper and a netting body support stopper projected on the surface.

Abstract: 본 발명은 내파성 가두리 양식장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 수면에 부상시켜 그물을 지지함과 아울러 어장 관리에 매우 합리적인 구조로 구성하여 견고하게 설치하거나 해체할 수 있도록 하고, 파도의 심한 충격에도 견딜 수 있도록 하여 쉽게 파손되는 것을 방지함으로써 가두리 양식시설의 사용 수명을 연장시키고 해황조건이 매우 거친 외해에서도 안전하게 사용하기 위한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명은 내부에 부력재와 보강재를 삽입하고 양 끝에 캡을 씌운 플라스틱 파이프를 반원통홈을 갖는 수 개의 클램프로 나란하게 고정하여 개체 가두리 틀을 형성하고, 상기 클램프 상부에 발판과 핸드레일 결착홈을 형성하여 핸드레일이 조립되거나 분리될 수 있도록 하였으며, 상기 클램프의 바깥쪽에 벨트 연결부를 설치하여 고무 벨트 등으로 묶어 상기 클램프와 파이프간의 결속력을 보강하고, 상기 클램프의 반원통홈 사이의 공간에 대응하는 위치의 벨트 바깥쪽으로 벨트 받침판을 지지시키고, 그것을 상기 클램프에 볼트와 너트로 조립하여 상기 클램프와 플라스틱 파이프와의 결속력을 보강하며, 다중 활절 구조로 된 코너 연결장치로 상기 개체 가두리 틀 수개를 각 끝단에서 각각 연결하여 완충력을 보강시킨 가두리 양식설비를 제공한다.-

Abstract: 본 발명은 침하식 가두리 양식장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 가두리 방식으로 그물을 설치하여 어류를 양식하는 가두리 양식장치에 압축 공기 주입 또는 배기에 의해 부력이 조절될 수 있는 부력 조절수단을 구비하고, 상기 부력조절 수단에 의해 가두리 양식장치를 해저 부근까지 가라앉게 하거나 혹은 수면상으로 부상되게 하여 태풍이나 적조등과 같은 자연재해가 발생하였을 때 해저 부근까지 침하시켜 양식중인 어류를 보호할 수 있도록 하여 양식어류의 대량 폐사를 최소화하기 위한 것이다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 사다리 모양의 틀 수개가 가두리틀의 각 변을 이루도록 각 틀의 모서리에서 밀착판과 조임 볼트 너트에 의해 조립하고, 상기 조립된 가두리 틀 하부에 항상 일정한 부력을 유지하는 예비 부력용 부자와 공기가 주입량에 따라 다른 부력을 갖는 부침용 부자를 가변부력 유지수단으로 설치하여 외부에서 공급되는 압축 공기의 주입량에 따라 상기 조립된 가두리 틀이 수면 위로 부상하거나 수면 아래로 침하되도록 한 침하식 가두리 양식장치를 제공한다.-
