Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are trawl fishing implements with small-sized fishes released through escape which let an escape device formed to help the small-sized fishes to be gone through so that they help to protect the small-sized fishes for future resources. CONSTITUTION: In the trawl fishing implements which comprise the parts of: a drawing rope(3) which is connected between a ship(2) and a net to deliver tension of the ship to the net; an otter board(4) which is connected to the drawing rope to unfold the fishing implements; a hand rope(5) which is connected between the otter board and the net; a net neck rope(6) which lets the net unfolded; a bag net(10) which is connected to the net neck rope to capture fishes; and a fish collection part(11) which collects the captured fishes finally, the trawl fishing implements with the small-sized fishes released through the escape are characterized by including the escape device(20) to help the small-size fishes to be released easily.

Abstract: 본 발명은 트롤어구에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 중층 트롤 어업에서 소형 어류 및 비목표 어류의 탈출을 원활하게 유도할 수 있는 중층 트롤용 소형어류 탈출장치가 구비된 트롤어구에 관한 것이다.
이에 본 발명에서는 트롤어구를 이용하는 선박과 끌줄, 전개장치, 후릿줄, 그물 목줄, 자루그물 및 어포부를 포함하여 구성되는 트롤어구에 있어서, 자루그물과 연결되는 입구부재와 어포구와 연결되는 출구부재 및 상기 입구부재와 출구부재를 지지하는 다수개의 지지부재로 구성되며 중심부에 비해 입구부 및 출구부의 단면적이 넓어지도록 원추형으로 형성되어 자루그물의 입구부를 통과한 어획물 중 소형어류 또는 비목표 어류의 탈출을 원활케 하는 탈출장치가 구비된 구조를 제공하여, 소형 어류의 탈출을 용이하게 하는 탈출장치를 구비함으로써 장애물을 만났을 때 사방으로 도피하는 경향을 보이는 중층 서식 소형 어류의 탈출 성능을 향상시켜 트롤 어선의 어획량을 늘일 뿐 아니라, 탈출된 소형 어류를 자원으로 재가입할 수 있도록 함으로� � 장기적으로도 어획량을 늘일 수 있는 효과가 있다.-
