PURPOSE: A paternity test verification system using DNA analysis and a method thereof are provided to receive test results of DNA test equipment through an automated system, thereby preventing errors caused by mistakes during an input process and providing convenience of use. CONSTITUTION: A DNA information receiving part (110) receives an allele test result from DNA test equipment. A DNA analysis part (130) applies the allele test result based on a paternity test verification algorithm stored in an internal memory and extracts a paternity probability and a kinship probability for the confirmation of paternity and kinship. A paternity/kinship determination part (140) determines paternity and kinship based on the paternity probability and the kinship probability. A kinship certificate generation part (150) generates a kinship certificate based on a result of the paternity and kinship determination. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A kit for detecting STR(short tandem repeat) locus existing on human chromosome and a detection method using the same are provided to individually identify a DNA sample and to enable paternity test. CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting STR loci on human chromosome contains a primer set selected from sequence numbers 1-20. A primer further contains a detectable probe which is attached to the terminal. The detectable probe further contains a reaction buffer solution, DNA polymerase, and dNTP. A method for detecting STR loci on human chromosome comprises: a step of adding a biological sample and performing PCR; and a step of identifying STR loci in the biological sample. The STR loci include D18S51, D8S1179, FGA, D21S11, vWA, D16S539, D3S1358, THO1, TPOX or AMEL. The biological sample is a DNA isolated from ancient human skeleton.

PURPOSE: A marker composition for identifying paternity is provided to effectively determine paternity. CONSTITUTION: A marker composition for identifying paternity contains a polynucleotide containing 10 or more continuous nucleotides containing 101^th base which is single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in one or more polynucleotides containing nucleotide sequences of sequence numbers 1-27 or a complementary polynucleotide thereof. A method for identifying paternity comprises the steps of: providing an isolated nucleic acid sample; and determining nucleotide at SNP site of a polynucleotide contained in the marker composition.

본발명은구강내 상주균인스트렙토코쿠스뮤탄스()와스트렙토코쿠스살리바리우스(), 및대표적인질 내상주균인락토바실러스크리스파투스()와락토바실러스가세리()의존재여부를동시에검출할수 있는프라이머세트, 이를포함하는검출키트및 이를이용한상기세균의검출방법등에관한것이다. 본발명의프라이머세트를이용할경우한 번의 PCR 반응으로상기세균들의시료내 존재여부를확인할수 있으므로, 본발명은상기균주들의동정에사용될수 있으며, 나아가수사기관에서성폭행유무를밝히는등의목적으로도유용하게활용될수 있다.

2인 이상 혼합된 DNA 프로필을 용이하게 검색 및 해석할 수 있도록 한 웹 데이터베이스를 이용한 혼합형 포렌식 DNA 프로필 분석시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 개시된 웹 데이터베이스를 이용한 혼합형 포렌식 DNA 프로필 분석시스템은 네트워크를 통해 검사된 DNA 프로필 데이터를 원격에 위치한 검색 시스템에 전송하고, 상기 검색 시스템으로부터 전송된 DNA프로필 검색 결과값을 수신하여 표시해주는 DNA 프로필 검색단말기; 상기 DNA 프로필 검색단말기로부터 전송된 DNA 프로필의 통계 값을 산출하고, 상기 산출한 통계 값을 기초로 DNA 프로필이 저장된 웹 데이터베이스를 검색하여 DNA 프로필 검색 결과값을 상기 DNA 프로필 검색단말기에 제공해주는 검색 시스템을 구비한다.

Disclosed are a system and method for analyzing mixed forensic DNA profiles using a web database to easily search and interpret mixed DNA profiles of two or more persons. The disclosed system for analyzing mixed forensic DNA profiles using a web database comprises a DNA search terminal which transmits DNA profile data inspected through a network to a search system located in a remote place, receives a result value of DNA profile search transmitted from the DNA profile search terminal, and displays the result value; and a search system which calculates a statistical value of the DNA profile transmitted from the DNA profile search terminal, and provides a result value of a DNA profile search to the DNA profile search terminal by searching a web database where DNA profiles are stored on the basis of the calculated statistical value.
