Abstract:
본발명은구강내 상주균인스트렙토코쿠스뮤탄스()와스트렙토코쿠스살리바리우스(), 및대표적인질 내상주균인락토바실러스크리스파투스()와락토바실러스가세리()의존재여부를동시에검출할수 있는프라이머세트, 이를포함하는검출키트및 이를이용한상기세균의검출방법등에관한것이다. 본발명의프라이머세트를이용할경우한 번의 PCR 반응으로상기세균들의시료내 존재여부를확인할수 있으므로, 본발명은상기균주들의동정에사용될수 있으며, 나아가수사기관에서성폭행유무를밝히는등의목적으로도유용하게활용될수 있다.

PURPOSE: A marker composition for identifying paternity is provided to effectively identify paternity. CONSTITUTION: A marker composition for identifying paternity contains a polynucleotide with 10 or more continuous nucleotides having 101th base which is single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in one or more polynucleotides containing one or more nucleotide sequences of sequence numbers 1-27 or a complementary polynucleotide thereof. A method for identifying paternity comprises the steps of: providing an isolated nucleic acid sample; and determining a nucleotide at SNP site of a polynucleotide contained in the marker composition.

CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide marker for identifying individual contains polynucleotide consisting of 10 serial nucleotides with 101th base having SNP in a polynucleotide selected from nucleotide sequences of sequence numbers 1-92 or complementary polynucleotide thereof. Each individual is Korean, Japanese in Tokyo, Chinese in Beijing or Utah inhabitant derived from ancestor of North Europe and West Europe. A microarray for identifying individual contains the polynucleotide marker.
