Abstract: The present invention relates to a primer set for specifically identifying Brucella abortus strains and a method for detecting Brucella abortus strains using the same. A primer set according to the present invention specifically detects Brucella abortus strains causing bovine brucellosis thereby promptly searching and diagnosing bovine brucellosis and being used in a route of infection of a disease, mechanical research, diagnosis, treatments, etc.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及用于特异性鉴定布鲁氏菌流产菌株的引物组以及使用该引物组检测布鲁氏菌流产菌株的方法。 根据本发明的引物组特异性地检测引起牛布鲁氏菌病的布鲁氏菌流产菌株，从而及时搜索和诊断牛布鲁氏菌病并用于疾病感染，机械研究，诊断，治疗等途径。
