A single tube-multiplex PCR primer set for distinguishing Brucella comprises: a primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6, 7 and 8, 9 and 10, 11 and 12, 13 and 14, 15 and 16, or 17 and 18. The Brucella includes Brucella abortus, Brucella canis, Brucella suis, Brucella ovis, Brucella meotomae, Brucella melitensis, Brucella ceti, Brucella pinnipedialis, Brucella microti, or Brucella inopinata.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A medium for selective culture of brucella is provided to selectively culture and isolate brucella in a short time and to research in infection analysis and dynamic study. CONSTITUTION: A medium for selective culture of brucella contains 0.01-1.0 weight% of erythritol as a carbon source. The medium additionally contains neutral red. The medium is tryptic soy agar in which dextrose is removed. The medium also contains: bacitracin or vancomycin as an antibacterial agent to gram-positive bacteria; azotrenam or nalidixic acid as an antibacterial agent to gram-negative bacteria; or amphotericine B or nystatin as an antifungal agent.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing cattle tuberculosis using intradermal diagnostic composition is provided to easily prepare a large amount of intradermal diagnostic composition and to ensure diagnosis accuracy. CONSTITUTION: An intradermal diagnostic composition for testing cattle tuberculosis contains recombinant proteins of Esat6, HspX, PhoS, MPB70, MPB64, MPB83, Ag85, and SahH. A method for diagnosing tuberculosis of mammal except for human is performed using the intradermal diagnostic composition containing the recombinant proteins. The recombinant protein is prepared by isolating from Mycobacterium bovis and performing PCR.
