Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for expressing and isolating proteins using a protein synthesis kit and automatic purifying equipment is provided to quickly and simply obtain a plurality of proteins. CONSTITUTION: A method for expressing and isolating proteins using a protein synthesis kit and automatic purifying equipment comprises: a step of preparing a template for synthesizing cell-free proteins; a step of adding the template into a reaction solution for expressing the cell-free proteins, and expressing the cell-free proteins; a step of adding a magnetic particle which binds to an affinity tag, and adhering a target protein on the magnetic particle; and a step of isolating the adhered target protein from the magnetic particle. The automatic purifying equipment comprises: a pipette block, a fixed body, a pipette block vertical moving device, a base plate with a multiwall plate kits(420,420'), a magnetic field applying unit, and a heating unit.
