Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a feed composition containing ginsenoside and a process for preparing the same to produce pork meat containing ginsenoside. CONSTITUTION: A feed composition for pigs is characterized by containing 0.3-10 wt.% of leaves and stems of ginseng based on the total weight of the composition. It further contains ginseng skin. The composition ratio of the ginseng skin to the ginseng leaf to the ginseng stem is 0-9:50-70:50-30.
