Abstract: PURPOSE: PCR primers for detecting a DNA fragment specific to Phellinus linteus are provided, thereby deciding can be rapidly and correctly whether a mushroom is Phellinus linteus. CONSTITUTION: The DNA fragment specific to Phellinus linteus has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, wherein the DNA fragment specific to Phellinus linteus is derived from a mycelium or a fruit body of Phellinus linteus. The PCR primers for detecting the DNA fragment specific to Phellinus linteus contains 10 to 40 mer in the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, wherein the PCR primers include PLSPF1 having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3, PLSPF2 having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, PLSPR1 having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5, and PLSPR2 having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于检测桑黄特异性DNA片段的PCR引物，由此可以快速准确地判定蘑菇是否是桑黄。 构成：特异于Phellinus linteus的DNA片段具有SEQ ID NO：2的核苷酸序列，其中特异于Phellinus linteus的DNA片段来源于桑黄的菌丝体或果实体。 用于检测特异于桑黄的DNA片段的PCR引物在SEQ ID NO：2的核苷酸序列中含有10至40聚体，其中PCR引物包括具有SEQ ID NO：3的核苷酸序列的PLSPF1，具有该核苷酸序列的PLSPF2 SEQ ID NO：4的核苷酸序列的PLSPR1，具有SEQ ID NO：5的核苷酸序列的PLSPR1和具有SEQ ID NO：6的核苷酸序列的PLSPR2。
