Abstract: A specific primer to citrus viroid is provided to performed the real time real time PCT two times and quickly and accurately detect the infection of seven kinds of viroid. A PCR primer and probe set for detecting a citrus viroid CEVd comprises a primer of sequence number 1 and 2, and probe of the sequence number 3. A PCR primer and probe set for detecting a citrus CVd-III comprises a primer of the sequence numbers 4, and 5 and probe of the sequence number 5. A PCR primer and probe set for detecting a Citrus viroid HSVd comprises a primer of the sequence numbers 7 and 8 and probe of the sequence number 9. A PCR primer for detecting Citrus viroid CVd-OS comprises a primer of the sequence numbers 10 and 11 and probe of the sequence number 12. A PCR primer for detecting Citrus viroid CVd-I-LSS comprises a primer of the sequence numbers 10 and 11 and probe of the sequence number 15.
