A specific primer to citrus viroid is provided to performed the real time real time PCT two times and quickly and accurately detect the infection of seven kinds of viroid. A PCR primer and probe set for detecting a citrus viroid CEVd comprises a primer of sequence number 1 and 2, and probe of the sequence number 3. A PCR primer and probe set for detecting a citrus CVd-III comprises a primer of the sequence numbers 4, and 5 and probe of the sequence number 5. A PCR primer and probe set for detecting a Citrus viroid HSVd comprises a primer of the sequence numbers 7 and 8 and probe of the sequence number 9. A PCR primer for detecting Citrus viroid CVd-OS comprises a primer of the sequence numbers 10 and 11 and probe of the sequence number 12. 양하에서 분리정제한 라브다-12-엔-15,16-디알 화합물 및 이의 분리 정제방법에 관한 것으로서, 양하의 화뢰와 근경을 음건하여 메탄올로 추출한 후 농축시켜 에틸아세테이트층, 부탄올층, 물층으로 분획화 하였으며, 에틸아세테이트층을 실리카겔 칼럼 크로마토그래피를 실시하여 라브다-12-엔-15,16-디알(labda-12-ene-15,16-dial) 화합물을 분리하였으며, NMR, IR등의 분광학적 방법을 이용하여 구조동정한 결과 하기 화학식 1의 신규의 화합물이다. (화학식 1)

PURPOSE: Provided is a labda-12-ene-15,16-dial compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof having anti-bacterial and anti-cancerous activities which is separated and purified from Zingiber Mioga Roscoe. CONSTITUTION: The Labda-12-ene-15,16-dial compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is represented by the formula 1, and is separated and purified by the method comprising the steps of: drying a flower bud and a rootstalk of Zingiber mioga Roscoe in the shade; extracting the dried flower bud and rootstalk twice for two weeks using methanol; collecting and concentrating each extracts under vacuum; suspending each concentrates in distilled water and fractionizing the suspension with ethyl acetate three times; concentrating the ethyl acetate fraction under vacuum, followed by silica gel column chromatography; and re-crystallizing the column chromatography fraction using ether and hexane.

PURPOSE: A composition of artificial feed for raising lavar of Ascotis selenaria containing corn powder, dried white soybean powder, yeast power and cholesterol is provided to easily and massively produce the artificial feed. CONSTITUTION: A composition of artificial feed for raising lavar of Ascotis selenaria contains 25 weight parts of agar, 100 weight parts of corn powder, 100 weight parts of white soybean powder, 30 weight parts of yeast powder, and 0.5 weight parts of cholesterol based on 1,000 weight parts of distilled water. The composition additionally contains 2 weight parts of vitamin mix and 2 weight parts of salt mix. The composition further contains 2 weight parts of ascorbic acid, 2 weight parts of sorbic acid, and 2.5 weight parts of methyl-para-hydroxy benzoate.
