PURPOSE: An oligotrophic bacterium isolated form rhizosphere soil of Capsicum annuum is provided to ensure biological prevention ability against plant pathogenic fungi. CONSTITUTION: A oligotrophic bacterium, Bacillus subtilis LN7F strain(deposit number KACC 9150AP) is isolated from rhixosphere soil of Capsicum annuum and has a biological prevention ability against phytophthora blight. A microorganism formulation for preventing plant pathogenic fungi contains the Bacillus subtilis LN7F strain or culture thereof as an active ingredient. The fungi are Phytophthora capsici. A method for preventing plant pathogenic fungi comprises a step of treating the Bacillus subtilis LN7F strain or culture thereof.

CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus vallismortis 1A strain (deposit number KACC 91342P) has antifungal activation to plant pathogenic fungi. The plant pathogenic fungi are Phytophthora capsici, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Botrytis cinerea, or Fusarium oxysporum. An inhibitor of Phytophthora capsici contains Bacillus vallismortis 1A strain (deposit number KACC 91342P) culture medium.
