Abstract: A method and a system for tracing agricultural products are provided to obtain correct information for the agricultural products by tracing history of the agricultural products and correctly collect the agricultural products by checking causes and tracing or reversely tracing the agricultural products in case that there is any problem in food. A producer terminal inputs production information of the agricultural products and receives a farm production management number from a server. A delivery yard terminal inputs gathering/delivery information of the agricultural products to the server and receives an agricultural product history number from the server. The server generates the farm production management number and the agricultural product history number by receiving the production information and the gathering/delivery information for the agricultural products from the producer terminal and the delivery yard terminal, stores the numbers to a storage device, and transmits the numbers to each terminal.

Abstract: The extraction method of edible oil (I) from plant Thalictrum Linne (II) consists of (1) crushing freeze-dried (II), and (2) extracting with chloroform and methanol. The edible seed oil is extracted by : freezing-drying Thalictrum Linne seed; pulverizing and utrasonicating to obtain the seed powder; extracting oil from the powder with chloroform and methanol; and purifying the extracted oil to obtain the final product. The seed oil has unsaturated fatty acid e.g. delta5-trans-linoleic acid.

Abstract: 본 발명은 한국간 꿩의다리속(Thalictrum Linne)으로 부터 분리한 종자유에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 한국산 꿩의다리속으로 부터 분리한 종자유는 지방산 조성에 있어서, 총지방산에 대하여 54.5%의 조성물을 가지므로, 종래 가장 리놀레산을 다량 함유한 것으로 보고된 다른 꿩의다리속 종자유에 함유된 40.1% 내지 46.2%의 △
5 -트랜스-리놀레산 보다도 약 10% 정도 더 많이 함유한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 한국산 꿩의다리속으로 부터 분리된 종자유는 여러가지 기능성 식품 및 약물로 사용하는 것이 가능할 것이다.
