Abstract: The present invention relates to a nematocide microorganism protecting the normal outgrowth of the tomato, melon, watermelon, or cucumber, and preventing a plant from the root rot due to the tubercle and the damage including eelworm by annihilating the plant-parasitic nematode. The nematocide Mytothecium sp. P10-008 strain of the present invention produces the nematocide material in the cultivation process, and culture fluid of the strain can be used as the environment-friendly pesticide of the plant-parasitic nematode by many methods including the soil and mother plate preprocessing and drenching treatment during cultivation.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种保护西红柿，西瓜，西瓜或黄瓜的正常生长的杀线虫微生物，通过消灭植物寄生线虫，防止植物由于结节引起的根腐病和包括鳗鱼的损伤。 杀线虫Mytothecium sp。 本发明的P10-008菌株在培养过程中产生杀线虫物质，该菌株的培养液可以通过许多方法用作植物寄生线虫的环保农药，包括土壤和母板预处理和浸润 栽培期间的处理。
