Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of breeding beef cattle by feeding feed containing no calcium additives to finishing beef cattle is provided. Feeding of the feed shows an increase in the synthesis of 1,25-(OH)2-D3 in cattle blood and marbling, thereby increasing meat quality of beef cattle while promoting the growth rate. CONSTITUTION: The breeding method for beef cattle contains an increase in beef marbling through feeding feed containing no calcium additives to finishing beef cattle. The finishing beef cattle are 20 to 24 months old. In conventional methods, 1 to 2.5% by weight of calcium additive such as limestone is added. But the breeding method does use the calcium additive.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种通过喂养不含钙添加剂的饲料来养殖肉牛来养殖肉牛的方法。 饲料喂养显示牛血和大理石花纹中1,25-（OH）2-D3的合成增加，从而提高肉牛的肉质，同时促进生长速度。 构成：肉牛养殖方法通过不含钙添加剂的饲料喂养整理肉牛而增加牛肉大理石花纹。 整理肉牛是20至24个月大的。 在常规方法中，加入1至2.5重量％的钙添加剂如石灰石。 但是育种方法确实使用钙添加剂。
