    Abstract: A method of producing feed for increasing the content of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) in Korean native(Hanwu) beef using linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil is provided to increase the content of CLA in Korean native beef without reducing intramuscular fat of castrated Korean native cattle(Bos taurus coreanae). Feed for increasing the content of CLA in Korean native beef contains 4% by weight of linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil. To produce the titled feed, linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil is heat-treated at 120 to 150deg.C for 0.2 to 0.4sec and added with 1% by weight soybean oil.
