Abstract: PURPOSE: A chicken raise cage is provided to improve a space conjugation rate for chicken raise, to manage a number of chickens more effectively. CONSTITUTION: A chicken raise cage comprises: a cage composed of multilayer using each layer frame; an inner expropriation space formed into the single space of rectangular to enable the chickens to move freely; a door installed at one end of each inner expropriation space; and a chasing apparatus(20) which can drive chickens in the expropriation space towards a door. Abstract: A green manure crop processing apparatus is provided to smash tall green manure crops, at the same time burying them in land. A green manure crop processing apparatus comprises a smashing unit and a burying unit. The smashing unit consists of a first shaft joint(10), a first power delivering portion(20) and a smasher. The first shaft joint receives the power. The first power delivering portion converts the power of the first shaft joint into a direction to which the shaft rotates. The smasher receives the shaft rotation power from the first power delivering portion and smashes the green manure crops while shaft-rotating. The burying unit consists of a second shaft joint(50), a second power delivering portion(60) and a burying portion. The second shaft joint receives the power from the smasher. 종래의 경우에는 링스크루가 한 쌍으로 인접 설치되고 서로 급송 및 혼합방향을 달리하여 작동이 이루어지도록 구성되어 작동시에 과부하가 발생되고, 발효조 내부로 급기를 위한 급기송풍기만이 설치되어 외부공기의 유입 및 배출이 원활하지 않아 호기성 발효가 잘되지 아니하고 외부공기를 그대로 유입시킴으로 인하여 버섯에 유해한 외부균이 침투하는 경우 심대한 문제를 발생시키고 있다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 문제를 해소하고자 단일축 상에 2겹의 링스크루를 설치하되, 전체 모두가 아니라 간헐적으로 설치하고, 발효조의 흡기부 및 배기부에 브로워를 각각 설치하며, 발효조의 흡기부에는 외부 유해균의 침입을 사전에 방지하기 위한 2중의 필터를 설치하여, 작동시 과부하의 발생을 방지하면서 원활한 작동이 가능하도록 하고, 외부공기의 원활한 유입 및 배출이 이루어져 호기성 발효가 보다 확실하게 이루어지며 외부 유해균의 침입을 원천적으로 방지한다.
