Abstract: According to the present invention, a feedstock composition containing selenium-enriched green barley obtained through the fertilization of inorganic selenium (sodium selenate: Na_2SeO_4) is fed to livestock for a certain period of time, and as a result, livestock enriched with selenium content can be produced, which can improve national health and produce high-value added livestock, contributing to an increase in farm income.
