Abstract: PURPOSE: A transgenic pig and a production method thereof are provided to be used for the development of diabetes treating medicine and related research field. CONSTITUTION: A transgenic pig with overexpression of mouse PEA15 is transformed by vector pCAGGS-mPEA 15 that overexpresses mouse PEA15 gene. The transgenic pig with overexpression of mouse PEA15 is approved through an RT-PCR RFLP method by using a primer pair comprised of sequence number 2 and sequence number 3. The RT-PCR RFLP method distinguishes a transgenic pig by deciphering a DNA fragment.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供转基因猪及其生产方法，用于糖尿病治疗药物及相关研究领域的发展。 构成：过表达小鼠PEA15基因的载体pCAGGS-mPEA15转化具有小鼠PEA15过表达的转基因猪。 通过使用包含序列号2和序列号3的引物对，通过RT-PCR RFLP方法来批准具有小鼠PEA15的过表达的转基因猪.RT-PCR RFLP方法通过破译DNA片段来区分转基因猪。
