    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of grain sauce is provided to enrich the sauce with nutrients and to manufacture a nutrient rich grain sauce which is dipped or spread on Korean rice cake or bread.     Abstract: 본 발명은 곡물소스 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 곡물들을 주원료로 하는 소스 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 곡물소스 제조 방법은 물에 양파, 다시마, 대파, 배 및 사과가 첨가되어 가열된 후, 양파, 다시마, 대파, 배 및 사과가 제거되어 다싯물이 생성되는 단계, 다싯물에 두부, 땅콩, 된장, 깨소금, 우유, 올리고당, 꿀, 소금, 전분 및 물이 첨가된 후 분쇄되어 분쇄물이 생성되는 단계, 곡물류가 상온의 물에 3시간 동안 수침된 후 분쇄되어 전처리곡물류가 생성되는 단계 및 전처리곡물류에 분쇄물이 첨가된 후 가열처리되는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 곡물소스는 여러 가지 곡물들을 주원료로 하므로 영양이 풍부할 뿐만 아니라 맛도 좋으므로 현대인 특히 어린이들의 영양 섭취를 용이하게 할 수 있다.
