Abstract: The present invention relates to an epoxy resin adhesive used for combining, filling, or restoring stone materials and, more specifically, to an epoxy resin adhesive which contains a mixed hardener in a constant composition ratio, obtained by mixing a rapid hardener rapidly proceeding hardening to a predetermined viscosity and a low speed hardener slowly proceeding hardening to a predetermined viscosity. The epoxy resin adhesive can include a reactive diluent for minutely adjusting the viscosity of the epoxy resin adhesive, and an inorganic additive formed of materials similar to the stone materials of stone cultural heritages. An effect for properly controlling the working time of a worker to preserve and restore various stone cultural heritages is obtained by mixing the rapid hardener and the low speed hardener to obtain a hardener controlling a viscosity by hardening and hardening speed of an epoxy resin, and using the hardener with the epoxy resin which is a main material. An effect for perfectly restoring and preserving stone cultural heritages is obtained by reducing the initial viscosity of the epoxy resin adhesive which contains the main material and the hardener to add the inorganic additive.

Abstract: 본 발명은 석재의 접합, 충진 또는 복원에 이용되는 에폭시 수지 접착제에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하면, 주제인 에폭시 수지에 대하여, 일정의 점도까지 경화속도를 빠르게 진행시키는 속경화제와 일정의 점도까지 경화속도를 천천히 진행시키는 저속경화제를 일정의 비율로 혼합한 혼합 경화제가 일정 조성비로 혼합되는 구성을 하는 에폭시 수지 접착제에 관한 것이고; 상기 구성의 에폭시 수지 접착제에 에폭시 수지 접착제의 미세한 점도 조절을 실현할 수 있도록 하는 반응성 희석제가 더 포함될 수 있고, 석조문화재의 석재와 유사한 소재로 구성되는 무기첨가제를 더 포함할 수 있는 에폭시 수지 접착제에 관한 것이다.
또한 본 발명은 에폭시 수지의 경화속도 및 경화에 따른 점도를 조절하는 경화제를 속경화제와 저속경화제를 혼합하여 주제인 에폭시 수지와 혼합하여 이용함으로써, 다양한 상태를 갖는 다양한 석조문화재의 보존ㆍ복원을 위한 작업자의 작업시간을 적절하게 조절가능하도록 하는 효과를 얻을 수 있고; 주제와 경화제가 혼합된 에폭시 수지 접착제의 초기 점도를 무기첨가제를 혼합할 수 있을 정도로 낮춤으로써, 석조문화재의 보다 완벽한 보존ㆍ복원을 실현할 수 있도록 한 효과를 얻은 수 있다.
