Abstract: PURPOSE: A measurement of enzyme immunity to detect pseudomonas tolaasii in an agaric mushroom is provided to achieve a faster and more convenient detection of the degree or level of contamination by bacteria causing cercospora iythracearum. CONSTITUTION: The noncompetitive indirect enzyme immunity measurement to detect pseudomonas tolaasii is first carried out by coating a tissue and a sample having pseudomonas tolaasii with tris-HCl; cultivating pseudomonas tolaasii bacilli as bacterial brown blotch from agaric mushroom; adding an anti-pseudomonas tolaasii polyclonal antibody obtained from an animal; and adding an anti-rabbit enzyme zygous and substrate solution to cause an enzyme reaction.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于检测蘑菇中假单胞菌的酶免疫力的测量，以便更快更方便地检测引起孢子孢子的细菌的污染程度或水平。 构成：检测假单胞菌的非竞争性间接酶免疫测定首先通过用tris-HCl包被组织和具有假单胞菌的样品进行; 培养来自伞菌的细菌褐斑病菌的假单胞菌; 加入从动物得到的抗假单胞菌多克隆抗体; 并加入抗兔子酶和底物溶液引起酶反应。

Abstract: PURPOSE: Zygomycetes, Zygorhynchus moelleri PF-425 strain is provided which is used as plant growth promoter and plant disease repressor. CONSTITUTION: Zygomycetes, Zygorhynchus moelleri PF-425 strain(trust number: KCTC 8933P) and their use as plant growth promoter and disease repressor are provided which are characterized by comprising the following steps of:(i)culturing Zygorhynchus moelleri PF-425 strain in potato dextrose agar medium at 25-27°C for 5-7 days; (ii)inoculating a section of colony in peat moss-barley mixed medium; (iii)culturing the above thing at 25°C for 15 days and drying in the shade; (iv)applying it to a crop by mixing with soil (5%, volume ratio).
