PURPOSE: Provided is a welfare robot to assist rehabilitation training for a walking handicapped person which detects the weight of the walking handicapped person in real time and eliminates as necessary to load weight proper for physical and control strength so that it induces most efficient walking pattern. CONSTITUTION: The welfare robot to assist rehabilitation training for the walking handicapped person comprises the parts of: a wearing tool(10) which is worn to a human body for the walking handicapped person; an air tool(20) which is connected to the wearing tool; a detection tool(30) which is connected to the air tool to detect strength produced from the walking handicapped person; an elevation tool(40) which supports the wearing tool, the air tool and the detection tool and elevates vertically; a movement tool(50) which is connected to the lower part of the elevation tool to move the wearing tool, the air tool, the detection tool and the elevation tool; and a control tool(60) which controls the air tool, the elevation tool and the movement tool by the detection tool.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an Al2O3-SiC composite powder is provided, which simplifies manufacturing process, increases energy efficiency and represents a high purity by mixing silicon oxide (SiO2), aluminum (Al) and carbon (C) in a certain mole ratio and using SHS (self-propagating high temperature synthesis). CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing an Al2O3-SiC composite powder comprises the steps of mixing silicon oxide (SiO2), aluminum (Al) and carbon (C) in a mole ratio of 3:4:3; forming the mixture into a pellet by applying a forming pressure of 80 MPa to the mixture; charging the pellet into a self-propagating high temperature synthesizing reactor which is under an inert gas atmosphere; burning the pellet in the self-propagating high temperature synthesizing reactor; and discharging the manufactured burned product from the self-propagating high temperature synthesizing reactor, wherein the method further comprises a step of preheating the pellet after the step of charging the pellet into a self-propagating high temperature synthesizing reactor which is under an inert gas atmosphere (Ar).

자체 연소 반응법(Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis)을 이용하여 산화티탄(TiO 2 ) 분말로부터 순수 티타늄(Ti) 분말을 제조하는 방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 산화티탄(TiO 2 )과 마그네슘(Mg)을 1:(2∼2.5)의 몰비로 혼합한 후, 4∼14t의 성형 압력을 가하여 압축시켜서 펠렛을 형성한다. 다음에는, 펠렛을 자체 연소 반응기 내로 장입하여 아르곤(Ar) 가스 분위기하의 자체 연소 반응기 내에서 점화·연소시킨다. 그 결과로서 생성된 연소 생성물을 자체 연소 반응기로부터 취출하여 5∼50% 희석시킨 질산(HNO 3 )을 이용하여 침출시킨다. 그런 후에는, 거름종이를 이용하여 침출물을 여과시키고, 여과물을 세척 및 건조하여 순수 티타늄(Ti)을 얻는다. 이렇게 얻은 순수 티타늄(Ti)은 99.93% 이상의 고순도를 나타낸다.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a brassier by adopting a three dimensional measurement manner and a brassiere are provided to manufacture various patterns of brassieres in consideration of various conditions such as age, taste, the shape of woman's breast, and the like thus securing comfortable wearing. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a brassiere comprises the steps of: obtaining three dimensional curved surface data about the woman's breast; sectionalizing a portion corresponding to a lower side cup(20) of the brassiere with triangular replicas(10); forming plural different patterns for the lower side cup by combining the replicas in a plane; manufacturing the lower side cup by selecting one of the patterns; forming an upper cup corresponding to the lower cup and coupling the upper and lower cups; and manufacturing a coupling member adapted to attach the upper and lower cups to the woman's breast and attaching it to the upper or lower cup.

PURPOSE: A resistance heating type effusion cell using a plate shaped heater of which upper and lower parts have different areas is provided to remove aggregation of raw materials at the upper part of a crucible and uniformly heat the raw materials. CONSTITUTION: The resistance heating type effusion cell comprises a crucible(2) into which a solid raw material for thin film deposition is charged; a heater(10) which is closely adhered to the crucible and formed in a plate shape, and which has a small area of the upper part and a large area of the lower part; a support(4) which supports the heater and cuts off heat radiation into the lower part; a heat shielding plate(6) which envelops the outer part of the crucible and heater, and cuts off heat radiation into the outside, wherein the heater is made of a tungsten or tantalum thin plate, and the heater is formed in a serpentine shape so that the heater is repeatedly bended in zigzag along a length direction of the crucible.

PURPOSE: A semiconductor memory device structure is provided to be used in a non-volatile ferroelectric field effect transistor(FET) memory device, by maintaining a stable interface characteristic and a good diffusion blocking characteristic after a high temperature process. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor memory device structure comprises a silicon-series material, an yttrium manganate (YMnO3) layer, a strontium bismuth tantalate(SrBi2Ta2O9) layer. The yttrium manganate layer is evaporated on the surface of the silicon-series material. The strontium bismuth tantalate layer is evaporated on the yttrium manganate layer. And the semiconductor memory device structure further comprises a platinum layer evaporated on the SrBi2Ta2O9 layer.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing high purity tungsten powder from tungsten oxide (WO3) and zinc by self-propagation high temperature synthesis is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of blending WO3 and Zn in the mole ratio of 1:3; pelletizing the mixture obtained in the first step by applying a pressure ranging 4 to 14ton; charging the pellet into a self-propagation high temperature synthesis reactor; incinerating the pellet; discharging residue generated in the incineration process from the reactor; leaching the incineration residue by using diluted HCl; filtering leachant; and rinsing filtrated tungsten.

PURPOSE: A measurement of enzyme immunity to detect pseudomonas tolaasii in an agaric mushroom is provided to achieve a faster and more convenient detection of the degree or level of contamination by bacteria causing cercospora iythracearum. CONSTITUTION: The noncompetitive indirect enzyme immunity measurement to detect pseudomonas tolaasii is first carried out by coating a tissue and a sample having pseudomonas tolaasii with tris-HCl; cultivating pseudomonas tolaasii bacilli as bacterial brown blotch from agaric mushroom; adding an anti-pseudomonas tolaasii polyclonal antibody obtained from an animal; and adding an anti-rabbit enzyme zygous and substrate solution to cause an enzyme reaction.
