    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a welfare robot to assist rehabilitation training for a walking handicapped person which detects the weight of the walking handicapped person in real time and eliminates as necessary to load weight proper for physical and control strength so that it induces most efficient walking pattern. CONSTITUTION: The welfare robot to assist rehabilitation training for the walking handicapped person comprises the parts of: a wearing tool(10) which is worn to a human body for the walking handicapped person; an air tool(20) which is connected to the wearing tool; a detection tool(30) which is connected to the air tool to detect strength produced from the walking handicapped person; an elevation tool(40) which supports the wearing tool, the air tool and the detection tool and elevates vertically; a movement tool(50) which is connected to the lower part of the elevation tool to move the wearing tool, the air tool, the detection tool and the elevation tool; and a control tool(60) which controls the air tool, the elevation tool and the movement tool by the detection tool.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an Al2O3-SiC composite powder is provided, which simplifies manufacturing process, increases energy efficiency and represents a high purity by mixing silicon oxide (SiO2), aluminum (Al) and carbon (C) in a certain mole ratio and using SHS (self-propagating high temperature synthesis). CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing an Al2O3-SiC composite powder comprises the steps of mixing silicon oxide (SiO2), aluminum (Al) and carbon (C) in a mole ratio of 3:4:3; forming the mixture into a pellet by applying a forming pressure of 80 MPa to the mixture; charging the pellet into a self-propagating high temperature synthesizing reactor which is under an inert gas atmosphere; burning the pellet in the self-propagating high temperature synthesizing reactor; and discharging the manufactured burned product from the self-propagating high temperature synthesizing reactor, wherein the method further comprises a step of preheating the pellet after the step of charging the pellet into a self-propagating high temperature synthesizing reactor which is under an inert gas atmosphere (Ar).

    Abstract: 자체 연소 반응법(Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis)을 이용하여 산화티탄(TiO
    2 ) 분말로부터 순수 티타늄(Ti) 분말을 제조하는 방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 산화티탄(TiO
    2 )과 마그네슘(Mg)을 1:(2∼2.5)의 몰비로 혼합한 후, 4∼14t의 성형 압력을 가하여 압축시켜서 펠렛을 형성한다. 다음에는, 펠렛을 자체 연소 반응기 내로 장입하여 아르곤(Ar) 가스 분위기하의 자체 연소 반응기 내에서 점화·연소시킨다. 그 결과로서 생성된 연소 생성물을 자체 연소 반응기로부터 취출하여 5∼50% 희석시킨 질산(HNO
    3 )을 이용하여 침출시킨다. 그런 후에는, 거름종이를 이용하여 침출물을 여과시키고, 여과물을 세척 및 건조하여 순수 티타늄(Ti)을 얻는다. 이렇게 얻은 순수 티타늄(Ti)은 99.93% 이상의 고순도를 나타낸다.
