Abstract: 본발명은옥돔()과에속하는종의품종을판별할수 있는프라이머, 이를이용한옥돔과품종판별방법및 옥돔과품종판별에유용한폴리뉴클레오티드에대한것으로, 서열번호 3, 5 또는 7 및서열번호 4, 6 또는 8의염기서열을쌍으로가지는폴리뉴클레오티드를프라이머로사용하는경우옥돔()과옥두어()를판별할수 있고, 서열번호 12 또는 13의단일뉴클레오타이드다형성(SNP, Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) 마커를이용하면등흑점옥두어()과황옥돔()을정확하고간단하게판별할수 있는효과가있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a primer, capable of identifying species which pertain to the Branchiostegus family, a method for identifying species of the Branchiostegus family using the same, and a polynucleotide useful in identifying species of the Branchiostegus family. Branchiostegus japonicas and Branchiostegus albus can be identified when a polynucleotide having a pair of nucleotides of SEQ ID NO: 3, 5, or 7 and SEQ ID NO: 4, 6, or 8 is used. Branchiostegus argentatus and Branchiostegus auratus can be identified when a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker of SEQ ID NO: 12 or 13 is used.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种能够鉴定与Branch科家族有关的物种的引物，用于鉴定使用其的Branch科家族物种的方法，以及可用于鉴定Branch科家族物种的多核苷酸。 当使用具有SEQ ID NO：3,5或7对核苷酸和SEQ ID NO：4,6或8的核苷酸的多核苷酸时，可以鉴定出Branch us属（Logiostegus japonicas）和Branch属（Branchiostegus albus）。 当使用SEQ ID NO：12或13的单核苷酸多态性（SNP）标记时，可以鉴定分枝杆菌属（Archioctgus argentatus）和斑节杆菌（Branchiostegus auratus）。
