Abstract: PURPOSE: An intestinal microbial enzyme complex and a method for preparing the same are provided to ensure anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and anti-aging effects in vitro. CONSTITUTION: An intestinal microbial enzyme complex contains Megasphaera elsdenii, Parabacteroides distasonis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Eubacterium rectale in a ratio of 1:1:1:1. The complex has an enzyme activity to one or more substrates selected from the group consisting of p-nitrophenyl-beta-Dglucuronide, p-nitrophenyl-beta-D-xylopyranoside, nitrophenyl-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside, and pnitrophenyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供肠微生物酶复合物及其制备方法,以确保体外抗过敏,抗炎,抗癌和抗衰老作用。 构成:肠微生物酶复合物以1:1:1:1的比例含有Megasphaera elsdenii,Parabacteroides distasonis,肺炎克雷伯杆菌和直肠杆菌。 该复合物对一种或多种选自对硝基苯基-β-葡萄糖醛酸苷,对硝基苯基-β-D-吡喃木糖苷,硝基苯基-α-L-鼠李糖吡喃糖苷和对硝基苯基-β- 吡喃葡萄糖苷。

Abstract: A health functional food comprising Oroxylin A is provided to improve spatial-perceptual ability of an animal group of which memory is decreased by scopolamine and carotid ligation, thereby being usefully used for treating and preventing cognitive impairment. A health functional food for preventing and improving Alzheimer's disease or cerebro vascular dementia comprises Oroxylin A and a sitologically acceptable food supplemental additive, wherein the Oroxylin A is isolated from an extract of Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGI. The food is in the form of powder, granule, tablet, capsule or drink.

Abstract: 본발명은소화관내대사계를대신하여시험관내에서의약품/식품성분등의독성평가또는생리활성평가를위해사용되는분변효소액(Fecalase)을대체할수 있는사람의소화관내에서분리한장내미생물로제조한장내미생물효소복합체(intestinal microbial enzyme mixture, enzyme mix)및이의제조방법에관한것으로, p-나이트로페닐-&bgr;-D-글루커로니드, p-나이트로페닐-&bgr;-D-자일로파이라노시드, 나이트로페닐-α-L-람노파이라노시드및 p-나이트로페닐-&bgr;-D-글루코파이라노시드에대해기질활성을갖는장내미생물효소복합체를에임즈시험에대사활성계로적용하였을때, 기존에소화관내대사계로사용되어왔던피칼라제를적용했을때와유의적으로복귀돌연변이원수가증가함을확인하였으므로, 본발명의장내미생물복합체를소화관내대사계에대한대사활성계로이용하여, 유전독성평가시험인시험관내 염색체이상시험(In vitro Chromosomal Aberration Assay), 시험관내 소핵시험(In vitro Micronucleus Assay), 쥐임파종분석(Mouse Lymphoma Assay, MLA), 시험관내 포유류세포소핵시험(In vitro Mammalian Cell Micronucleus Test), 코멧분석(Comet Assay), 포유류정원세포염색체이상분석(Mammalian Spermatogonial Chromosome Aberration Assay), SOS 크로모테스트(SOS chromotest) 및복귀돌연변이시험인에임즈시험(Bacterial Reverse Mutation Test, Ames Test)법, 또는생리활성평가인전자공여능(Electron donating ability)평가, SOD(Superoxide dismutase) 유사활성평가, 아질산염분해작용측정(Nitrite scavenging ability)을통한항산화활성평가및 항알러지효과평가에적용할수 있다.
