Abstract: PURPOSE: A server for food menu preparation and nutrition valuation and a method thereof are provided to make out various menus by preparing a menu for production registered by a user. CONSTITUTION: A detailed item of menu information is inputted(S410), and a menu marking screen is activated(S415). On the menu writing screen, a meal is selected(S420). At least one of a recommended menu and a user menu is displayed(S430). When a specific menu is selected, the selected menu is added to a menu list for the meal(S445,S447). The nutrition for the made menu is evaluated(S455).
