본 발명은 한우 판별법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 한우와 수입육을 판별할 수 있는 SNP 마커 개발에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 NCBI Bovine SNP DB 및 AFNS Bovine SNP DB에서 SNP를 선발하여 한우 및 수입육에서 지노타이핑 (genotyping)을 실시하였다. 3,072 SNP 가운데 2,663개가 성공적으로 지노타이핑 되었으며 한우와 수입우종간에 MAF (minor allele frequency) 차이가 0.35 이상인 SNP 총 192개를 확보하고, 이로부터 70개 마커 세트 (set)를 최종 구성하였다. 개발된 마커 세트를 1차 실증성 검증하였으며, 2차로 블라인드 테스트 (blind test)를 통해 실증성을 검증한 결과 한우와 수입육을 모두 정확히 판별할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 발명의 70개 마커 세트를 포함하는 한우 판별법은 국내에서 유통되고 있는 수입육과 한우의 판별용으로 적합하다. 한우, 판별, SNP, 마커

A method of manufacturing trans fat-free oils is provided to enable the use of enzymes for a long time by increasing residual activity of enzymes and to reduce energy cost, refining loss by reducing by-products such as free fatty acid, monoglyceride and diglyceride and the formation of free radicals. Trans fat-free oils are prepared by the steps of: mixing extremely hydrogenated oil derived from canola oil, and olive oil in a weight ratio of 1:8 to 9:1; adding lipase to the mixed oil and reacting at 65 to 80deg.C for 1 to 4hr in a first step and at 40 to 60deg.C for 44 to 47hr in a second step. The lipase is one or more selected from lipase derived from microorganisms containing Rhizopus delemar, Mucor miehei, Alcaligenes sp., Aspergillus niger, Candida antarctica, Candida cylindracea and Geotrichum candidum; lipase derived from plants containing soybean; and animal pancreatic lipase.

PURPOSE: A server for food menu preparation and nutrition valuation and a method thereof are provided to make out various menus by preparing a menu for production registered by a user. CONSTITUTION: A detailed item of menu information is inputted(S410), and a menu marking screen is activated(S415). On the menu writing screen, a meal is selected(S420). At least one of a recommended menu and a user menu is displayed(S430). When a specific menu is selected, the selected menu is added to a menu list for the meal(S445,S447). The nutrition for the made menu is evaluated(S455).

SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism) markers are provided to discriminate Hanwoo(Korean cattle) from importing cattle accurately, improve the mixed circulation structure of Hanwoo, milk cow, domestic cattle and importing cattle, and maintain and promote production foundation of Hanwoo by protecting gene sources of Hanwoo and identifying classes of Hanwoo. An SNP marker for discriminating Hanwoo from importing cattle is selected from the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:70. A method for discriminating Hanwoo from importing cattle comprises the steps of: (i) extracting DNA from a cattle to be examined; (ii) amplifying the DNA containing any one base mutation site of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:70 or a complementary sequence therewith; (iii) synthesizing a primer complementary with the nucleotide sequence of any one base mutation site of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:70 or with the complementary sequence therewith containing one base site adjacent thereto; (iv) determining the base kind used in the reaction of step (iii) by using a sequencer; and (v) comparing the base kind determined in step (iv) with a control.

Continuous enzymatic interesterification in a stepwise temperature changing system is provided to produce oils and fats containing less than 30% of saturated fat without trans fats by reacting to mixed oil of soybean oil-derived extremely hardened oils and high-oleic acid sunflower oils at higher temperature than a melting point of the mixed oil and re-reacting to the mixed oil at lower temperature than the melting point of the mixed oil. A method for preparing oils and fats containing less than 30% of saturated fat comprises the following steps of: mixing soybean oil-derived extremely hardened oils and high-oleic acid sunflower oils; primarily reacting to the mixed oil in a continuous packed-bed reactor with lipase at 70°C for 3-15 minutes; and secondarily reacting to the mixed in the continuous packed-bed reactor with lipase at 60°C for 3-200 minutes. The mixing ratio of the soybean oil-derived extremely hardened oils and high-oleic acid sunflower oil is 1 to 9 or 9 to 1. The lipase is selected from the group consisting of: lipase derived from microorganism containing Rhizopus delemar, Mucor miehei, Alcaligenes sp., Aspergillus niger, Candida Antarctica, Candida cylindracea and Geotrichum candidum; lipase derived from plant containing seeds from soybean, manuka and castor bean; and animal pancreatic lipase.

A primer set for detecting an insect-resistant rice is provided to be used for detecting a Cry1Ac including insect-resistant rice(Cry1Ac-Bt rice) simply and rapidly, thereby controlling and managing illegal inflow of the Cry1Ac-Bt rice unauthorized by our country. A primer set for detecting an insect-resistant rice comprises primers described as SEQ ID : NOs. 1 to 4, wherein the insect-resistant rice includes a Cry1Ac gene coding an insect-resistant protein. A method for detecting the insect-resistant rice comprising the Cry1Ac comprises a step of subjecting the rice to a polymerase chain reaction(PCR) using the primers.
