Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of forming a gelatin subbing layer in a film for printing is to provide the subbing layer with more powerful adhesive strength and good physical properties. CONSTITUTION: An epoxy silane of specific structure having an epoxy group is first reacted with an amino group or a carboxyl group of gelatin alone or a mixed resin of gelatin and acrylic emulsion to graft the silane on the gelatin. Thereafter, the grafted silane is hydrolyzed using a sol-gel method in the presence of suitable acid or base, forming a dimmer or an oligomer by a self-condensation reaction, which is cured to form a subbing layer onto a film having a primer layer. At this time, 2 to 7 percent by weight of the epoxy silane is used relative to the amount of the gelatin and 20 to 100 percent by weight of the acrylic emulsion relative to the gelatin is used.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of forming a subbing layer for preventing a permanent charging is to previously and slowly react a resin type carboxyl acid in order to allow epoxy silane to serve as a hardening agent. CONSTITUTION: A method of forming a subbing layer for preventing a permanent charging comprises steps of mixing epoxy silane with an acrylic binder resin having carboxyl and ion system polymer or a composite resin with gelatine and hardening the compound with a well-known sol-gel way. The epoxy silane is added in an extent of 5-15 weight percent of the used ion system polymer. A molecular weight of the ion system polymer is in an extent of 20,000-80,000. If the composite resin of acrylic resin and gelatine is used as the binder resin, the gelatine is added in an extent of 5-200 weight percent of the used acrylic resin.

Abstract: PURPOSE: VOC(Volatile Organic Compounds)s treatment method and facility are provided to treat VOCs stably and effectively by a direct burning mode without a processing facility or an additional energy source. CONSTITUTION: A VOC(Volatile Organic Compounds)s treatment facility comprises a demister(201), a fan, gas sensors(101,102), a heater(203), a flame arrestor(103), and a shut-off valve(104). The demister separates and collects moisture and mist from VOC gas. The fan sucks and moves VOC. For LEL(Lowest Explosive Limit) to be maintained, the gas sensors measure the concentration of the VOC sucked and control the amount of external air. The heater keeps the temperature of the sucked VOC constant and prevents the VOC from having a temperature lower than a boiling point.
