The present invention relates to a high strength white multilayer polyester film and a reflective sheet using the same. More specifically, the strength of the film is reinforced, shielding properties are improved, and micropores are formed in the film, so that the film has excellent optical properties. To this end, the high strength white multilayer polyester film according to the present invention consists of a two-layered structure having a surface layer (A layer) and a pore-containing layer (B layer) or of a three-layered structure having a surface layer (A layer), a pore-containing layer (B layer), and another surface layer (A layer). The surface layer (A layer) contains nanoclay, and a film has strength of 2.0-10.0 m N/m.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of white laminated polyester film, a white laminated polyester film manufactured thereof and a reflective sheet using the same are provided to enhance the surface roughness (Ra) of the film which obtained from inducing the coherence of the organic particle with a long residence time to induce the diffuse reflection and have the effect of lowering the glossiness of film. The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a white polyester reflective film comprising: a first step of manufacturing an undrawn sheet by molding a raw composition which contains uncommercialized hollow particles and white inorganic particles in polyester resins and polyester resins respectively through an extruder; a second step of cooling the molded undrawn sheet; a third step of manufacturing a uniaxially drawn film by uniaxially drawing the cooled undrawn sheet; a fourth step of manufacturing a biaxially drawn film by biaxially drawing the uniaxially drawn film; and a fifth step of heat-treating the biaxially drawn film. The manufacturing method for the present invention is able to minimize breaking frequency in a biaxially drawing process by controlling the number and size of the hollow particles. A reflective film manufactured thereby improves optical properties by doubly giving photorefraction to the pores of the inner space of the hollow particles except for pores produced by making uncommercialized hollow particles as nucleuses in the polyester resins of the raw composition.
