Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polyester film laminated body for in-mold decoration and a manufacturing method thereof which design high layers with enhanced degree of polymerization on a surface layer of a film using a co-extrusion technique, form an adhesive layer on one side for enhancing post-processablity, anti-fouling, and anti-blocking properties, and form an anti-static layer on the other side in order to minimize oligomer generation during secondary process and enhance processability for in-mold molding and appearance. In addition, the present invention prevents contamination generated from one side of the film during the in-mold process, forms the anti-static layer for enhancing winding properties by performing enhanced anti-blocking properties, and coats the other surface with the adhesive layer for enhancing post-processability. The polyester film for in-mold decoration can be suitably applied to plastic decorative products such as laptops, cell phone cases, and interior materials for a vehicle.

PURPOSE: A heat shrinkable polyester film is provided to have excellent adhesion and labeling performance while maintaining physical properties of a film. CONSTITUTION: A heat shrinkable polyester film is that at least two layers including at least one outermost layer are co-extruded and satisfies a formula: thickness of an inner layer >= whole thickness of the outermost layer ×10. The inner layer is a copolymer polyester resin of a terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalte-containing dicarboxylic acid, and ethylene glycol and neopentyl glycol-containing diol. The outermost layer is a polymer of a dicarboxylic acid including terephthalic acid or dimethylterephthalte, and diol including ethylene glycol.

PURPOSE: An in-mold decoration polyester film is provided to prevent the contamination in a mold and to prevent blocking during a post process and to obtain excellent in-mold moldability by reducing the molding errors of an edge part. CONSTITUTION: An in-mold decoration polyester film comprises a polyester substrate film and an antistatic layer which is formed on one side of the substrate film and has an elongation deviation(maximum strength - minimum strength) in a film at a random direction of 6 kgf/mm^2 or less. The antistatic layer is formed by spreading an antistatic composition which is formed of 5-40 weight% of a cationic polymer, 0.1-15 weight% of a fluorine-based compound, 1-5 weight% of a particle, 5-20 weight% of a surfactant, and a residual solvent.

PURPOSE: A polyester film for in-mold decoration with excellent formability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the fault formation ratio of an edge part of a mold product in an in-mold formation process by making a balance of strength and elongation in a film random direction, thereby securing excellent in-mold formability. CONSTITUTION: A polyester film for in-mold decoration comprises a polyester film of a base film, an antistatic layer, and an adhesion-improving layer. The antistatic layer is coated on one side of the polyester film. The adhesion-improving layer is coated on the other side of the polyester film. The polyester film is uniaxially stretched with the elongation ratio of 3.0 - 4.5 in a film driving direction. The polyester film is biaxially stretched with the elongation ratio of 3.5 - 5.0 in the perpendicular direction of the film driving direction.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heat shrinkable polyester film with low shrinkage stress and, more specifically, to a heat shrinkable polyester film which prevents deformation of a container such as a plastic bottle and can prevent charging insufficiency and the damage of the container by optimizing the elongation temperature and the elongation ratio of a main shrinkage direction and controlling shrinkage stress. The present invention has excellent antistatic properties during the post-processing and has excellent processability since containers are not stuck to each other even when charging a hot beverage.

PURPOSE: An anti-static coating composition, an anti-static polyester film for in mold transcribing using the same and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have excellent anti-static properties and improve blocking resistance and antifouling properties. CONSTITUTION: An anti-static coating composition comprises 100 parts by weight of conductive polymer resins, 100-1000 parts by weight of cross-linker resins selected from a group consisting of isocyanate based, carbonyl imide based, oxazoline based, epoxy based and melamine based, 10-100 parts by weight of fluorinated resins, and 0.001-1 part by weight of silane based surfactant. An anti-static polyester film for in mold transcribing comprises a polyester substrate film, an anti-static layer which is formed by spreading anti-static coating composition on a single-side of the polyester film of the substrate film, and an adhesive layer which is spread on the other side of the substrate film.

본 발명은 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 재활용 시, PET병과의 분리가 용이하도록 필름의 비중이 1.0 이하이고 또한 안티블로킹과 대전방지 기능을 동시에 구현할 수 있는 코팅층을 도포함으로써 후가공성이 우수한 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름에 관한 것이다.
