Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nonwoven fabric having an excellent surface touch and to a manufacturing method thereof, which can remarkably improve physical properties of a nonwoven fabric by optimizing the chemical and physical configuration of the nonwoven fabric so as to correspond to the physical properties required in various areas such as medicine, hygiene, daily supply materials, agriculture, civil engineering and construction, and soundproofing. In order to achieve this, the manufacturing method of a nonwoven fabric having an improved surface touch of the present invention is a manufacturing method of a filament polyolefin-based nonwoven fabric, which comprises a step of manufacturing filaments by melting polypropylene resin polymers and inducing toward a spinning nozzle hole; a step of forming a web of composite filaments by laminating the spun filaments on a porous continuous belt; and a step of fixating the composite filament web by combining in an embossed form by partial thermo compression bonding, or by needle punching. The present invention is characterized in that the polypropylene resin polymer is spun by using a spinneret with a triangular nozzle cross-section, not with a spinning process using a spinneret with a circular nozzle cross-section in the process of melt-spinning the melted polypropylene resin polymer. The nonwoven fabric having improved physical properties of the present invention is formed to have specific-shaped filaments with a triangular cross section, thereby solving the conventional problems by improving a soft touch, and providing a nonwoven fabric having excellent physical properties such as gloss. Accordingly, the present invention provides a nonwoven fabric capable of being efficiently used in various areas such as medicine, hygiene, daily supply materials, agriculture, civil engineering and construction, and soundproofing.

PURPOSE: A non-circular cross-sectional non-woven fabric having improved properties and a manufacturing method are provided to form the fabric into a certain shape of a long fiber having a non-circular cross-section, thereby improving a soft tactility and a water pressure resistance. CONSTITUTION: A non-circular cross-sectional non-woven fabric having improved properties is a long fiber- polyprophylene non-woven fabric. A manufacturing method of the fabric manufactures a long fiber-polyprophylene spunbond non-woven fabric passing through a melt spinning process and a thermo-compression bonding process. The melt spinning process is applied with a non-circular cross-sectional spinneret not a circular cross-sectional spinneret. The shape of a non-circular cross-section for the melt spinning process is a triangle, a rectangle, and one or combination of special non-circular shapes.

PURPOSE: A filament polypropylene spun bond hydrophilic non-woven fabric using non-ionic hydrophilic surfactant is provided to ensure hydrophilicity and excellent adhesion with a tape. CONSTITUTION: A filament polypropylene non-woven fabric with excellent adhesion is fabricated by applying the surface of a filament polypropylene spun bond non-woven fabric with non-ionic hydrophilic surfactant. The melt indent and isotatic index of the polypropylene is 20-40 g/10min and 90% or more. The non-ionic hydrophilic surfactant contains sulfosuccinate of structural formula 1.

PURPOSE: A needle-punching non-woven fabric is provided to have excellent heat insulation nature and to be manufactured with a relative low cost. CONSTITUTION: A needle-punching non-woven fabric comprises polypropylene in structure formula (I), and polyethyleneterephthlate in structure formula (II). The polyethyleneterephthlate consists of filament of which hollow ratio is 4-40%. A manufacturing method of the needle-punching non-woven fabric comprises: a step of laminating two or more non-woven fabric consisting of binary material, which are different each other; and a step of a thermal bonding process in a calendar roller, and a bridging process by needle-punching.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a spunbond needle punched nonwoven which embodies the effect of the sound absorption and insulation is provided to supply the mechanical rigidity by performing heat fusion by the use of the polypropylene. CONSTITUTION: A diameter of a polypropylene filament is the range between 10 and 30. The heat fusion is applied to the radiation of the polypropylene long fiber to a part of the polypropylene long fiber. The pre-bonding web is formed. The pre-bonding web maintains the shape stability such as spun bond. A needle punching process operates in the pre-bonding web to the second-order product. The fiber bridging of the fiber which is not thermally fused is formed.

본 발명은 의료용, 위생용, 생활자재, 농업용 또는 토목 건축용 및 방음용과 같은 다양한 분야에서 요구되는 물성에 부응하도록 부직포의 화학적 및 물리적인 구성을 최적화하여 부직포의 물성을 획기적으로 향상한 표면 촉감과 리웨트가 향상된 삼각 단면 부직포 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것으로, 상기한 본 발명의 표면 촉감과 리웨트가 향상된 삼각 단면 부직포의 제조방법은, 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 부직포의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 부직포의 제조방법은 용융방사 및 열압착 공정을 거친 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 스펀본드 부직포를 제조하는 과정에서 용융방사 공정에 적용된 노즐의 구금단면이 원형 구금을 이용한 방사 공정이 아닌 삼각 구금을 이용하여 방사함을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 부직포의 물성이 향상된 삼각 단면 부직포는 특정한 형태의 정섬유의 형태로 섬유가 삼각단면을 가지도록 형성되므로, 부드러운 촉감, 즉 소프트터치성과 함께 리웨트를 향상시켜 상기한 종래의 문제점을 향상할 뿐만 아니라 광택성 등과 같은 다양한 부직포의 물성이 우수하게 되는 부직포를 제공하므로 의료용, 위생용, 생활자재, 농업용 또는 토목 건축용 및 방음용과 같은 다양한 분야에 효율적으로 이용될 수 있는 부직포를 제공한다.

본 발명은 폴리머를 용융 방사하여 섬유 웹을 만들고 이를 수매 적층하여 니들 펀칭 또는 고압유체 분류 펀칭함에 의해 통기성과 보온성이 우수할 뿐 아니라 기계적 강도가 큰 장섬유 부직포를 보다 저렴하게 제조할 수 있는 제조방법 및 이 방법에 의해 제조된 부직포에 관한 것으로, 상기 본 발명의 기계적 강도가 우수한 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 니들펀칭 부직포의 제조방법은 직경이 10 내지 30 미크론인 폴리프로필렌을 용융 방사하여 웹 형태로 유지시켜 주기 위하여 일정한 온도와 압력을 가하여 일부만 열융착하므로 스펀본드와 같은 형태 안정성을 유지하는 프리본딩 웹을 형성하고, 여기서, 상기 프리본딩 웹은 적어도 5개의 층으로 하고, 외부층 스펀본드 장섬유와 내부층 멜트블로운으로 구성되도록 하며, 상기 프리본딩 웹 상에 니들펀칭하여 열접착하므로 제조함을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 기계적 강도가 우수한 유흡착제 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 니들펀칭 부직포 및 그 제조방법은 멜트브로운 층을 형성하고 니들 펀칭하여 부직포를 형성하므로, 토목재료를 포함한 각종 용도 및 유흡착용 부직포로 사용하기에 적합한 기계적 강도를 가지고 통기성과 보온성 또한 우수한 부직포를 보다 용이하고 저렴하게 제조할 수 있는 방법을 제공하는 유용한 발명이다.

PURPOSE: An oil-adsorbent filament polypropylene needle punching non-woven fabric with excellent mechanical strength is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating an oil-adsorbant filament polypropylene needle punching non-woven fabric comprises: a step of melt-spinning polypropylene and performing heat fusion at certain temperature and pressure to prepare prebonding web; and a step of needle-punching on a prebonding web and performing thermal adhesion. The prebonding web has at least five layers comprising spun bond filament of an outer layer and melt blown of an inner layer.

PURPOSE: Sound-absorbing non-woven fabric is provided to improve sound-absorbing property to effectively absorb noise by a melt-blown non-woven fabric layer consisting of micro fibers and bulky property of a non-melted filament non-woven layer. CONSTITUTION: Sound-absorbing non-woven fabric comprises a melt-blown non-woven layer(10) consisting of micro fibers having an average diameter of 0.1~10 μm and a filament spun-bond non-woven fabric layer(20). The filament spunbond non-woven fabric layer is thermally bonded on the both sides of the melt-blown non-woven layer. The melt-blown non-woven layer and the filament spun-bond non-woven fabric layer are made of polyolefin-based synthetic resin.
