Abstract: 본 발명의 화학식 1로 표기되는 화합물을 포함하는 흑색종 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 대한 것으로, 본 발명은 흑색종 세포주에서 독성을 유발하며, 흑색종의 크기를 감소시키고, 흑색종 내 CD8양성 세포독성 T 세포의 침윤을 증가시키며, 흑색종의 전이를 억제시키는 효과를 확인하였으며 이를 이용하여 흑색종 또는 흑색종전이의 예방, 개선 및 치료에 활용할 수 있다.

Abstract: The invention provides a composition for a diagnosis of melanocyte cytotoxicity which includes materials for measuring mRNA or protein level of S100B gene. The expression of S100B according to the invention is increased by stimulation to the skin and especially the expression is significantly increased only in melanocytes. Therefore, the invention has an excellent effect to diagnose stimulation by skin specifically to melanocytes so that the invention is useful for the diagnosis of melanocyte cytotoxicity.

Abstract: The invention provides a diagnostic composition of melanocyte-specific retinoic acid stimulation, which includes materials for measuring the level of mRNA or protein of PDZRN3 gene. The expression of PDZRN3 according to the present invention is increased by retinoic acid stimulation and the increase of expression by retinoic acid stimulation does not appear in an independent culture of keratinocytes, but the expression is significantly increased only in melanocytes. Therefore, the invention has an excellent effect to diagnose melanocyte-specific retinoic acid stimulation and is useful for diagnosis of the same.
